John O’Shaughnessy hails from Limerick Ireland and has enjoyed an incredible hospitality career which has taken him to England, Puerto Rico, St. Thomas, St. Croix, The Bitter End Yacht Club, Virgin Gorda, Peter Island Resort and Spa, Ti Kaye Resort and Spa, St. Lucia, Margaritaville, Negril, Jamaica and Raffles Resort International, Canouan, St Vincent and the Grenadines.
John was the lead planning consultant, specializing in the British Virgin Islands, for Group Services Inc, since 2012, a prominent destination management company based in Puerto Rico. John brought his first corporate group of 44 people into Little Dix Bay in April, 2013.
His extensive knowledge of the Caribbean has led him to an exciting new venture where he can share an insider’s view of island destinations. From the exclusive, private and hidden gems to the world-famous resorts, let him and his team be your personal island concierge.

Jo Ann O’Shaughnessy began her island odyssey sailing the US and British Virgin Islands as a stewardess on private sail charters, continued on as a bartender, and assistant bar and restaurant manager, at some fun and funky beach bars and nightclubs, led underwater safaris as a PADI Scuba Instructor and booked Marriott’s Frenchman’s Reef’s guests on island excursions from parasailing, day sails, helicopter tours, big game fishing charters and jaunts to neighboring islands.
